New York City suffers frightening 15% jump in homicides as murder makes deadly comeback

Check out this article in the New York Daily News.. As a New Yorker and a victim of a crime, having two family members murdered, a week a part, two completely separate incidents, this is absolutely scary for me.  This shows the signs of the times, but unfortunately a deadly one.
